What prizes can I use Digital Claim Forms for?
Digital Claim Forms are available for promotional prizes between $601 and $5,000.
What if I win a prize under the $600?
The prize will show up in your Promotions Dashboard, but you do not have to fill out a claim, a check will automatically be sent out to the address you have associated with your player profile.
What if I win a prize over the $5,000?
You will see this prize in your promotion prizes screen, but cannot Accept or Decline the prize. You will be mailed a paper claim form to fill out, then once the claim is processed, you will be able to view it in your claim history.
How will I know if I won a prize?
You will receive an email for non-taxable prizes and prizes between $601 and $5,000. You will also see a notification popup when you log into your account, as well as in your Promotion Dashboard.
Do I need to accept the prize?
No, there is an option to Decline a prize, and the prize will be removed from your dashboard after declining.
Can I see the progress of my claim once submitted?
Yes, once submitted if you go to your account and click on "Claim History" you will see your claim, the claim date, and the status of your claim.
My player information is incorrect on my claim form, how can I change it?
You are not able to change your name or birthday, but you can change your phone number, address, and email address in the Account tab before submitting your claim.
