In order to activate your account we need you to upload an image of a non-expired signed Government Issued Photo ID (e.g drivers license, passport, etc.) so we can complete our review.

 

Please upload an image of the front of your Government Issued Photo ID using the Secure Document Upload feature on the app or website. 

  • For App: Simply visit  the “Account” menu with the ‘person’ icon and Sign In to your player account, then click “Secure Document Upload”

  • For Desktop Computer: Sign in to your player account. Once signed in, click on the ‘person’ icon alongside your name to open the Account menu. Then click on ‘Secure Document Upload’.  

  • For Mobile Phone: Sign in to your player account by selecting the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Once signed in, click on the ‘person’ icon to open the Account menu. Then click on ‘Secure Document Upload’.


An image of the back of your Government Issued Photo ID is only required when it contains updated information that is different from the front. For example, if you updated your home address and received a sticker to put on the back of your ID, then you will need to upload an image of that information.
