In order to deactivate your Mass Lottery Player Account, follow these steps:


For App: 


  1. Select the “Account” icon 

  2. Sign In to your account (If not already)

  3. Select “My Profile” 

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the “Deactivate My Account” link

  5. Read the information on the next screen and tap “Continue”

  6. Enter your account password and tap “Continue”

  7. Tap “Deactivate Account” button


For Mobile Phone: 

  1. Sign in to your player account by selecting the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. 

  2. Once signed in, click on the ‘person’ icon to open the Account menu. 

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the “Deactivate My Account” link

  4. Read the information on the next screen and tap “Continue”

  5. Enter your account password and tap “Continue”

  6. Tap “Deactivate Account” button


Once you successfully deactivate your account you will be logged out of your account on all devices and will no longer be able to log back into your account.


While your account will be deactivated, your Mass Lottery Player Account information will be retained due to our data retention policies. Please see our Mass Lottery Player Account Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and App Privacy Policy for additional details on the Lottery’s policies.
