The mobile cashing feature is now available in the latest version of the Mass Lottery iOS & Android apps. Please visit the Apple or Google Play Store to download the latest version of the Mass Lottery app to get started.
Players must have a Mass Lottery Player Account in order to access the ticket scanner and mobile claim features in the app.
In order to access the mobile cashing feature, follow these steps:
- Select the “Scanner” icon in the app menu at the bottom
- Sign in to your player account OR register for a new Mass Lottery Player Account if you do not already have one
- Scan your instant or draw game tickets to check for winners
- If an eligible winning instant or draw game ticket in the range of $601-$5,000 is scanned, the option to start a mobile claim will be presented.
- Click the Start Mobile Claim button in order to proceed to the mobile claim process to have winnings added directly to your bank account.
