You can always see claim details, and access W-2 tax forms in your transaction history once logged in.
For App: Simply visit the “Account” menu with the ‘person’ icon and Sign In to your player account. Once signed in, visit “Transaction History” then tap on the claim record to view more details including accessing your W-2G copy.
For Desktop Computer: Sign in to your player account. Once signed in, click on the ‘person’ icon alongside your name to open the Account menu. Click on “Transaction History” and then the claim record to view more details including accessing your W-2G copy.
For Mobile Phone: Sign in to your player account by selecting the ‘person’ icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Once signed in, click on the ‘person’ icon to open the Account menu. Click on “Transaction History” to view the claim record and more details including accessing your W-2G copy.
