Yes, the bingo law – Chapter 10, Sections 37-40 does have a provision for senior groups and senior housing complexes to apply for a Senior Bingo Recreational license. These types of licenses differ from regular games in that all monies taken in must be given back out as prizes. They are strictly for entertainment purposes and only open to residents of the complex or members of the senior group. There is no charge for the certificate and it does not expire.
