The following offices have specific exceptions: Lawrence, New Bedford, West Springfield, and Worcester. The exceptions include:

Claims to be filed in a TRUST, LLC or CORPORATION
Claims to be filed by a POWER OF ATTORNEY
Claims to be filed with a SIGN OVER FORM
Claims filed under a SEASON TICKET registration
Claims filed as ALTERED/DAMAGED ticket
POWERBALL claims of $100,000 that are 6 months or more from the draw date
