Changing the evening draw times to 9 p.m. will allow more players to watch drawings live. Presenting all evening drawings at the same time will allow players to get these results all at one time, by watching one video presentation. All in-state drawings are streamed on Facebook Live and YouTube.
By moving the Midday Numbers Game drawing game to 2 p.m., the time between the Midday and Evening Numbers Game drawings will remain 7 hours.
Conducting multiple drawings at the same time is consistent with industry standards and practices.
